ARM v2.5 Switzerland (01.02.2025)

Changes in this version:

• New reference for Torent Alto (HB/TI-163), as the new highest point is not in the activation zone of the old reference (HB/TI-024)
• Meniggrat (HB/BE-149) was deleted as it no longer meets 150 m prominence on the latest swisstopo map
• Various minor adjustments to names, coordinates and heights (mostly cosmetic)
