The English language version mainly provides information for international visitors and friends of HB9SOTA, with the major focus on providing information for activations in Switzerland, as well as applications for our HB9SOTA awards and trophies.

Dear SOTA friends,
Whoever makes SOTA activities their hobby is either an activator or a chaser. Activators contact chasers while operating portable from mountains.
Beside the SOTA management team in the UK, a country association is required, in our case HB9SOTA. First of all, the work of the summit manager is important, who keeps the HB summit list up to date. Without his work, and the work of the management team, the participation in the SOTA programme would not be possible.
Therefore, we would appreciate if all OMs/YLs who actively participate in SOTA – both activators and chasers – would support the group’s work by acquiring a membership in HB9SOTA.
