HB9SOTA Winter Hike 19.02.2022 (Reserve date 26.02.2022)
Dear HB9SOTA members,
in spite of the current COVID situation, we have decided to perform the planned winter hike on Dossen https://sotl.as/summits/HB/SZ-035 . The summit is reachable with snowshoes from the upper station of the Rigi-Scheidegg cable car. The distance is a bit over 2km. Alternative routes are shown on the sotl.as page of the summit.
The activation is a outdoor sports activity, therefore, today the OFPH does not impose any restrictions or masks. Each participating activator is self-responsible.
For those who would like to join a informal meeting after the activation, we will reserve a table at the restaurant Rigi-Scheidegg at 15:00h (HBT). Please note that in the restaurant, a 2G certificate (vaccinated or recovered) is compulsory!

For planning the number of participants, especially for the table reservation, I have created a Doodle poll. Please fill it in February 12 by the latest and let me know your availability for participation on the 19.2., or in case of bad weather on the reserve date 26.2. Please also fill in if you are interested in the informal meeting with 2G certificate requirement. Here is the link to the poll: https://doodle.com/poll/asv2yeiwu9az6b46?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link
On February 13, I will perform the definite table reservation. Shortly before the date, we will decide whether the hike will take place or will be postponed to the reserve date, depending on the weather report.
In case the COVID situation changes, especially the rules for the use of public transport or in restaurants, we reserve the possibility to cancel the hike completely.
Data protection note: During this activity, photos may be taken which could be published in the HB9SOTA newsletter or in the internet. We kindly ask participants who do not wish a publication to coordinate this with the person taking pictures. Otherwise, we take the consent of the participants for publication for granted.
